Another game changer for mycologists! I have been using my glass syringe for many years now, and wouldn't change a thing. Paired with our 13 gauge 5'' needles, these are perfect for pulling chunky liquid culture/culture media without clogging. Made of high-temp borosilicate glass and stainless steel, these are easy to autoclave and steralize for innoculation time after time. I personally use a 50ml size syringe, as I have found it to be the most comfortable and time efficient.
